Job Summary

Design and implement autonomous GenAI agents for enterprise pharmacy-related tasks, including benefit and prior authorization reasoning and claim denial explanations. Integrate OpenAI/GPT models with enterprise systems through REST APIs, build agent workflows using LangChain or Microsoft Semantic Kernel, and create reusable prompt chains and routing logic. Partner with PBM SMEs to translate pharmacy logic, and define production-grade error handling, logging, and compliance/PHI safeguards.

•Design and implement autonomous AI agents to handle tasks such as benefit explanation, prior authorization reasoning, drug alternatives search, and claim denial explanation.
•Integrate OpenAI models (GPT-4 or GPT-4o) or other LLMs with enterprise systems via REST APIs.
•Build agent workflows using orchestration tools (e.g., LangChain, Microsoft Semantic Kernel, or custom agents).
•Create reusable prompt chains, tools, and routing logic based on user intent.
•Define error handling, logging, and fallback protocols; collaborate on compliance, PHI handling, and access control.

•Experience deploying evaluation metrics for agentic performance (e.g., task success, coherence, safety) using tools like TruLens, RAGAS, or LangSmith, plus optimization techniques such as LoRA/QLoRA.
•Experience integrating external APIs and transforming data to embed AI workflows into web applications or chatbots.
•Strong coding skills in Python or Java, plus experience leading generative AI initiatives from concept to deployment.
