Key Responsibilities

  • •Own deployment, governance, and continuous improvement of EQMS across the facility and drive an “I Own Quality” culture.
  • •Lead ISO, compliance, and audit activities, including implementation/maintenance of ISO 9001 and serving as site leader for audits and management reviews.
  • •Provide leadership and oversight for plant test operations, ensuring standardized test methods, calibration, preventive maintenance, and improved test yield and throughput.
  • •Partner with value stream managers and cross-functional teams to build quality into manufacturing processes using PFMEA, control/inspection planning, capability studies, and process validation.
  • •Serve as primary quality interface for customers and suppliers, driving root cause analysis, 8D/CAPA, and escalation/containment to prevent recurrence.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, or related technical discipline.
  • •Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in manufacturing, engineering, testing, or quality, including leadership responsibility in an industrial manufacturing environment.
  • •Demonstrated experience implementing or maintaining an ISO 9001-based quality management system and leading internal or external audits.
  • •Experience with structured problem solving, corrective action, PFMEA, Control Plans, process capability, inspection, and measurement systems.
  • •Ability to use quality data and KPIs to identify risk, establish priorities, and drive sustained results across cross-functional teams.
