Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Support meeting baseline goals for personal sales and KPI metrics including conversion, DPT, UPT, and client data capture.
  • •Process incoming shipments, transfers, RTVs, and repairs; verify quantities against packing slips and report discrepancies.
  • •Maintain stockroom organization and cleanliness, monitor inventory levels, and replenish merchandise from stockroom to sales floor daily.
  • •Participate in formal inventory audits and maintain an up-to-date list of offsite inventory when applicable; review product reporting weekly/monthly and partner on inventory needs.
  • •Ensure compliance with company policies and manage timecards for payroll accuracy while supporting training and development for stock associates.

  • •Be able to stand/move in the store and lift, push boxes up to 30 pounds, using a ladder to complete job duties.
