Job Summary

Collaborate with Account Executives to uncover customer objectives, pain points, and requirements, then develop winning strategies and presentations. Deliver highly engaging SaaS platform demos and provide functional responses to RFPs/RFIs throughout the sales cycle, including CRPs and POCs. Partner with Product Management and R&D using prospect and customer feedback to drive ongoing product improvements in procurement (S2C, P2P) workflows.

Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with Account Executives on qualified opportunities to uncover customer objectives, pain points, and requirements.
•Create strategic sales strategies and presentations for prospects using best practices and industry expertise.
•Present the value of the Ivalua platform through sophisticated, engaging product demos.
•Provide functional responses to RFPs and RFIs and support functional/technical activities across the sales cycle.
•Recommend pre-sales selling strategies and support CRPs and POCs; work with Product Management and R&D to improve the product based on feedback.

Key Requirements

•Knowledge and experience in Procurement, Finance, or Supply Chain functions.
•Knowledge of SaaS and Cloud-Based applications, including the ability to articulate their value and sell them.
•Expertise in one or more areas such as spend management, sourcing, contract management, eProcurement, eInvoicing, spend analytics, or related procurement domains.
•Strong proficiency in the MS Office suite and other tools for forecasting and sales tracking.
•Excellent French, Spanish, and English writing and communication skills.
