Job Summary

Operate heavy construction equipment safely and efficiently across job sites, including excavators, bulldozers, loaders, graders, and backhoes. Follow company policies and OSHA/MSHA safety regulations, report incidents and issues promptly, and complete daily equipment inspections and required documentation. Perform minor maintenance, maintain reliable attendance, and help train less-experienced team members while meeting daily assignments set by the Foreman.

Key Responsibilities

•Operate construction equipment and machinery (e.g., excavators, bulldozers, loaders, graders, backhoes) efficiently and safely across job sites.
•Follow company policies and OSHA/MSHA safety regulations; use required PPE in designated areas.
•Report issues or incidents promptly to supervisors or management.
•Complete daily equipment inspections and required documentation; adhere to daily assignments from the Foreman.
•Perform minor maintenance, maintain reliable attendance, and help train less-experienced team members in equipment operation and servicing.

Key Requirements

•1-2 years of relevant experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
•Ability to perform all essential functions to a satisfactory standard.
•High school diploma or GED preferred (not mandatory).
•Minimum age of 18; must successfully complete a pre-employment physical, drug screening, and background check.
•Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license (DL/CDL, Class A and/or B) with potential hazmat and tanker endorsements; DOT Medical Card is advantageous.
