Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage complex daily calendars, coordinate scheduling, and adapt priorities for sensitive and last-minute changes.
  • •Plan and manage meetings by preparing agendas, coordinating logistics, reserving rooms, and drafting executive communications.
  • •Arrange domestic and international travel and manage expenses and expense reports in Concur.
  • •Coordinate in-office and offsite events, leadership meetings, and executive-sponsored gatherings, including vendor coordination for certain events.
  • •Support special projects and ad-hoc requests while serving as a communication bridge between the executives’ office and internal departments.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • •7+ years supporting C-suite or senior executives in a fast-paced environment.

  • •Experience managing a CRM system (FieldTech).
