Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead or manage the production of accurate and comprehensive estimates and cost plans for projects/programmes.
  • •Develop and promote estimating good practice within Turner & Townsend.
  • •Support departmental objectives and stay abreast of developments in your technical estimating expertise.
  • •Support or lead bids for new work and act in cross-selling for existing and new clients.
  • •Provide direction to staff, including acting as a role model and interfacing with clients and other consultants across project stages.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven estimating leadership experience.
  • •Experience in the defence sector and in major programmes and projects.
  • •Qualified to a high standard in estimating or quantity surveying with relevant experience.
  • •Previous experience working with estimating software packages.
  • •Desirable membership of RICS, CIOB, or A. Cost E.
