Estimating Associate Director/ Project Director Defence

Lead and manage the production of accurate, comprehensive estimates and cost plans for defence projects and programmes. Drive estimating good practice, support departmental objectives, and stay current in estimating expertise. Play a key role in bids for new work, client and consultant interfacing across project stages, and developing new business opportunities, including cross-selling. Provide direction and (where appropriate) staff management within the Estimating team.
