Key Responsibilities

  • •Support development and prioritisation of the annual risk-based internal audit plan for land estates and infrastructure portfolios.
  • •Execute internal audit engagements covering project tendering, procurement, contract management, project execution, QHSE, and close-out.
  • •Perform technical and financial reviews, including cost benchmarking and assessment of compliance with contract conditions, drawings, and BOQs.
  • •Document and report audit findings, lead discussions with auditees, and develop practical recommendations and corrective/preventive actions.
  • •Track and follow up on agreed audit actions and contribute to continuous improvement and compliance with internal audit policies and standards.

Key Requirements

  • •3 to 6 years of relevant internal audit experience in land estates, infrastructure, construction, or capital project environments.
  • •Strong experience auditing end-to-end project lifecycle activities, including procurement, contract administration, and execution.
  • •Experience conducting technical and financial reviews such as cost benchmarking, variations, prolongation costs, liquidated damages, and final accounts.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline.
  • •Professional certification such as RICS (desirable), plus familiarity with internal audit methodology and risk-based audit planning.
