Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Manufacturing Engineering/Industrial Engineering/Operations Management (or related) and 5+ years of semiconductor manufacturing experience.
  • •OR Master’s degree in the same fields and 3+ years of semiconductor manufacturing/engineering/industrial engineering/production operations experience.
  • •Experience with semiconductor process flow technology, WIP management, production control systems, capacity planning, and Theory of Constraints methodologies.
  • •Strong ability to solve complex, ambiguous operational challenges using structured problem-solving methodologies.
  • •Experience applying Lean principles and continuous improvement practices in production environments.
