Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver lessons that inspire students and support positive outcomes aligned to the curriculum and classroom needs.
  • •Plan, organize, and prepare learning resources and sessions for the full ability range, motivating pupils with engaging teaching.
  • •Assess and track student progress using Target Tracker, using assessment data to inform planning and intervention.
  • •Manage behaviour in line with the school’s behaviour policy and maintain positive relationships with pupils as a role model.
  • •Work with parents/caretakers and colleagues, communicate using school systems (e.g., CPOMS), and support school events including a weekly ECA each term.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in the related subject with a PGCE or other teaching qualification.
  • •1-2 years of teaching experience.
  • •Previous experience working with students whom English is not their first language.
  • •Passion for teaching and commitment to educating the whole child.
  • •Clean enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check or police check.
