Job Function: Customer Success & Account Management

Key Responsibilities

•Be the first point of contact for our customers: answering questions, sharing advice, solving problems, and keeping satisfaction sky-high
•Jump on calls with leading brands and agencies, ensuring they feel supported, heard, and championed across our product and engineering teams
•Help design and scale our CX process - from building out a help center to improving in-app onboarding
•Support the launch of customer initiatives like events, webinars, and AMA sessions to engage and grow our user community
•Act as the voice of the customer, providing actionable feedback to marketing, sales, and product

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 60,000 - 75,000 annually

•1-2 years of Customer Success or Support experience, ideally at a fast-growing startup
