Key Responsibilities

  • •Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify current and future financial needs.
  • •Maintain knowledge of retail consumer and small business products/services and recommend appropriate solutions using the bank’s value proposition.
  • •Use CAMP and approved marketing tools to proactively reach out to customers and set appointments for periodic financial reviews.
  • •Cross-sell to existing customers and perform outside sales activities, including presentations and community financial literacy events.
  • •Process teller transactions and participate in consumer loan and bankcard processes, including owning sourced loans through closing and supporting Financial Center opening/closing.

Key Requirements

  • •College degree or work experience providing transferable skills (or a combination of education and experience).
  • •Demonstrated ability to engage in sales activities to acquire new customers and cross-sell to existing customers.
  • •Must be able to demonstrate understanding of advanced math functions to analyze credit and financial information.
  • •Ability to develop working knowledge of Retail policies and procedures to make sound decisions.
  • •S.A.F.E. Act registration at time of employment through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS).
