Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a Commerce Cloud subject-matter expert for the Success Architect organization.
  • •Partner with customers to evaluate and recommend optimization strategies for technical architecture, DevOps, performance, and solution design for Agentforce.
  • •Identify capability gaps and recommend standard product capabilities or creative architect solutions via customization.
  • •Align executive stakeholder decisions with technology strategy tied to business value and ROI.
  • •Run Success Architect playbooks aligned to the engagement catalog and contribute to relationship building and growth.
