Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and formalize target architectures, roadmaps, and capability/domain/system maps.
  • •Lead and structure architecture governance (ARB) with IT and Business stakeholders.
  • •Maintain the quality of the enterprise architecture repository (e.g., HOPEX) and document the application landscape and its interdependencies.
  • •Conduct impact analyses, pre-studies, and provide architectural recommendations.
  • •Share a clear and concise vision of architectural activities, progress, and domain maturity.
