  • •Manage the fit process from first proto through bulk production.
  • •Develop, maintain, and update technical specification packages to ensure accuracy and consistency across categories.
  • •Spec garments, conduct fit sessions, and create detailed fit comments for vendors; troubleshoot pattern, grading, and construction issues as needed.
  • •Collaborate globally with technical design and cross-functional teams to evolve fit standards, evaluate digital patterns, and move products through pre-production approvals.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum of 8+ years of experience as a technical designer or in a related role.
  • •Strong understanding of pattern making, garment construction, grading, and fit standards for intimates, swimwear, and/or maternity apparel.
  • •Experience working with stretch fabrics, support structures, bras, swim construction, and fit-sensitive garments (preferred).
  • •Software proficiency in pattern making software and Google Sheets (preferred).
  • •Excellent attention to detail and strong verbal/written communication with cross-functional collaboration skills.
