Key Responsibilities

  • •Set and deliver network strategy, annual plans, KPIs, and performance reviews; optimize coverage, capability, quality, and access.
  • •Lead provider contracting, pricing/fee negotiations, renewals, and performance tracking to achieve sustainable cost and service outcomes.
  • •Establish operating procedures and controls for provider fee management, pricing changes, exceptions, and provider issue/performance management.
  • •Sponsor process and systems improvements across provider onboarding, panel management, fee updates, data quality, and reporting; lead transition/change initiatives.
  • •Coach and develop team members; manage senior internal and provider relationships and deliver wellness initiatives through provider partnerships.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree.
  • •Relevant medical provider network experience in medical insurance/health benefits.
  • •Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills, using data to drive decisions.
  • •Strong communication and stakeholder management with internal teams and providers at all levels.
  • •Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
