Lead and shape global engineering strategy for Emerson’s Isolation Valves portfolio, including ball, butterfly, and knife gate valve solutions. Direct a globally distributed engineering organization across order execution, engineered-to-order solutions, product development, research, and lifecycle management. Align engineering priorities with business objectives and customer needs, develop and retain engineering talent, optimize budgets and resources, and drive standardization of engineering tools and processes using metrics, dashboards, and capacity planning.
