Key Responsibilities

  • •Review, draft, and negotiate purchasing agreements and transaction documents in line with policies, legal requirements, and ethical standards.
  • •Respond to supplier contract requests and proposed terms, and draft/negotiates contractual provisions balancing business objectives with legal requirements.
  • •Identify and assess legal, commercial, financial, and contractual risks, escalating issues when necessary, and guide stakeholders through contract approvals.
  • •Serve as Contracts Lead for less complex international, multi-business-unit projects and framework agreements, gradually taking on more complex agreements as experience grows.
  • •Use contract lifecycle management systems (Oracle CLM and DocuSign CLM), maintain contract templates and standard terms, and provide contract-related guidance to Supply Chain and Project Management.

Key Requirements

  • •Law degree.
  • •Current license to practice law, where applicable.
  • •Minimum four years of experience in a contracts-related role.
  • •Strong understanding of contract law and contractual principles.
  • •Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
