•Build and own the marketing strategy and execution for the UK, Benelux & Nordics, collaborating with the global marketing team, local specialists, and sales to increase awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
•Manage all local marketing activities including demand generation, ABM, events, customer marketing, web, content, and PR.
•Own the event marketing programme calendars, organizing Insider One-led events and external industry events, handling speaker recruitment and logistics.
•Create locally relevant assets to support sales and campaigns, such as case studies, whitepapers, and guides.
•Collaborate with sales to measure programme performance and lead quality; provide market insights and identify opportunities to extend offerings.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 2+ years in B2B SaaS marketing with proven demand generation, field marketing, and event management experience.
•Strong leadership skills with experience in building and managing teams.
•Good knowledge of the digital space.

•Excellent oral and written communication, ability to create and pitch compelling marketing materials; strong creative problem-solving and attention to detail.
