Key Responsibilities

  • •Understand customers’ AI strategy and business-critical challenges, translating requirements into solutions using Celonis Process Intelligence.
  • •Prototype and build creative proof-of-value solutions through customer hackathons, leveraging cutting-edge AI technologies.
  • •Execute end-to-end Proof-of-Value projects aligned with customers’ AI strategy and quantify business value for executives.
  • •Contribute reusable collateral, best practices, and tools to the Global Value Engineering Center of Excellence.
  • •Stay involved until agreed value and adoption thresholds are reached to ensure successful implementation and value realization.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Engineering, Data Analytics/Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related STEM field.
  • •Extensive internship experience or 1-2 years of full-time work experience, ideally at the intersection of business and technology.
  • •Understanding of generative AI techniques including RAG, few-shot learning, prompt/context engineering, multi-agent orchestration, multimodal understanding, or fine-tuning.
  • •Good knowledge of Python and common ML libraries (e.g., LangChain, pandas, pydantic, sklearn, PyTorch) plus data engineering tools.
  • •Excellent communication skills and fluency in English and French is a must.
