Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules covering tasks, milestones, and deliverables.
  • •Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and define scope and priorities.
  • •Monitor project progress vs. schedules, identify deviations/risks, and apply corrective actions.
  • •Conduct regular status meetings and communicate schedule performance, resource utilization, and impacts.
  • •Analyze project data and performance metrics and recommend schedule and resource adjustments; support HSE initiatives and incident reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 8 years of working experience, with 5 years of relevant experience in planning and scheduling for engineering projects.
  • •Proven knowledge of engineering fundamentals and principles/practices of planning, research, and data collection.
  • •Familiarity with planning practices and scheduling software such as Advance Primavera 6.
  • •Working knowledge of local and international construction standards.
  • •ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills, plus ability to support HSE initiatives and incident reporting in line with company policies.
