Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end technical delivery from discovery and estimation through design, build, testing, deployment, and support.
  • •Provide hands-on direction for Angular front ends, Java/Spring Boot services, and Python services, integrations, and automation.
  • •Own architecture decisions for modularity, API contracts, identity/authorization, data access, resilience, performance, and observability.
  • •Establish and enforce coding standards, design patterns, peer review, automated testing, and secure-development practices.
  • •Lead major-incident technical response, advanced troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and permanent corrective action.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of enterprise software development experience with business-critical web applications.
  • •3+ years as a Development Lead, Technical Lead, or comparable engineering leadership role, including direct or matrix accountability for ~5+ engineers.
  • •5+ years hands-on Angular and TypeScript experience, including component architecture, routing, forms, state management, performance, and testing.
  • •5+ years hands-on Java and Spring Boot experience, including REST APIs, dependency injection, persistence, exception handling, and service design.
  • •Experience leading secure microservices/API design and production support, including CI/CD, databases/SQL, troubleshooting across layers, and architecture ownership.
