Key Responsibilities

•Build and own Heidi's design system across React and Figma, the component library, tokens and patterns used across products.
•Shape product direction by applying strong design sense to system and UI quality.
•Set and defend frontend standards including accessibility and API design, and ensure Figma-to-code consistency.
•Embed with product pods to accelerate feature work from mockups to merged PRs.
•Improve developer experience and tooling (monorepo, AI coding tools context, frontend CI) to reduce friction.
