Job Summary

Lead nationwide A&I sales for Vietnam, developing and executing the commercial strategy to grow market share and profitability. Manage and develop a 4–5 person sales team, drive revenue and margin targets, build strategic customer relationships, and collaborate with Marketing, Product Management, Finance and Operations while ensuring EHS compliance.

Key Responsibilities

•Own and execute the nationwide A&I sales strategy to deliver revenue and margin targets; convert new business opportunities and deepen key account relationships.
•Direct the team in pre- and post-sales technical support – product recommendations, application training, and solution presentations.
•Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to maximise profitability; track pipeline, forecast accuracy, and KPIs; oversee collections and credit risk with Finance.
•Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights; drive go-to-market plans for product launches and collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product Management, Finance and Operations.
•Lead, coach, and grow a team of 4–5 Sales Engineers nationwide; set targets, conduct performance reviews, and manage recruitment and onboarding.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or above in Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
•Minimum 5–7 years of sales experience in construction chemicals, building materials, or related industrial sectors; at least 2–3 years in a team leadership or senior sales role with direct reports.
•Strong leadership and people management skills; able to motivate and develop a diverse team; strategic thinker with the ability to translate business goals into action.
•Fluent in Vietnamese; working proficiency in English (written and spoken); proficient in CRM tools and MS Office.
•Willingness to travel extensively across Vietnam.
