Key Responsibilities

  • •Guide customers through a personalized end-to-end sales journey, including product expertise, test drives, and relationship management.
  • •Own the sales pipeline and transaction process by managing CRM activity in Salesforce and coordinating with Financial Services and Delivery teams.
  • •Deliver premium, brand-defining vehicle handoffs by answering customer questions and representing the brand with professionalism.
  • •Manage end-to-end delivery and lease-end processes, including quality checks, accurate documentation in Salesforce, and required paperwork.
  • •Support studio/delivery operations and vehicle readiness through hands-on operational tasks and helping ensure a smooth, customer-centric experience.
