Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage day-to-day operational activities across Fortinet APAC data center locations.
  • •Support new data center builds and infrastructure deployments, upgrades, relocations, and decommissioning across the asset lifecycle.
  • •Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and connectivity issues in collaboration with local and global technical teams.
  • •Coordinate with contractors, data center providers, and vendors for equipment installation and maintenance activities.
  • •Document operational tasks and processes, assist with asset procurement and inventory management, and participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours support.

Key Requirements

  • •1-2 years of experience in data center operations or supporting mission-critical infrastructure environments.
  • •Knowledge of data center infrastructure including servers, networking, power systems, and cabling standards/best practices.
  • •Basic knowledge of network administration and industry-standard networking concepts.
  • •Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and escalate issues as needed.
  • •Experience with monitoring platforms (e.g., Zabbix, Nagios, Grafana) and scripting with at least Bash or Python.
