Build trusted relationships with private clients using a plan-based approach to financial wellness. Assess client needs, gather and document information, and provide customized recommendations by delivering or referring investment and insurance solutions. Maintain sales and referral goals, develop a referral pipeline through centers of influence, and support branch operations, including occasional teller transactions. Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures while coordinating with internal partners to deepen client relationships.
