Ensure the accuracy and integrity of Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) data across contract operations. Validate incident classifications and investigations, monitor Safe Working Day KPIs, and conduct internal audits aligned with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001. Build Power BI dashboards and produce monthly/ad hoc safety reporting using MS365 and Excel tools, while maintaining auditable SharePoint records and supporting corrective action tracking.

Key Responsibilities

•Validate and monitor HSE data accuracy and completeness across contract operations, including incident classification and corrective/preventive action tracking.
•Monitor Safe Working Day performance metrics and reset triggers, and provide early warning insights on critical control failures and safety barrier degradation.
•Plan and conduct internal HSE audits aligned with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, acting as Lead Auditor for IMS audits and maintaining audit registers with closure tracking.
•Perform structured safety assurance reviews across operations, verifying implementation of Life Safety Rules and reviewing PTW, MSRA documentation, and inspection records.
•Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and deliver monthly/ad hoc safety performance reports, integrating data from Excel, SharePoint, and MS365.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree, diploma, or certification in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Information Systems.
•ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 Lead Auditor certification.
•Experience (4–6 years) in data analytics, safety performance monitoring, or assurance roles with strong data validation and performance analysis.
•Proven capability using Excel (including advanced reporting), Power BI dashboards/analytics, and Microsoft 365 systems.
•Experience conducting internal audits and monitoring corrective actions.
