Job Summary

Manage IT infrastructure service delivery by owning customer relationships, resolving technical needs, and overseeing implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting of infrastructure products and services. Coordinate and monitor client technical projects, ensuring delivery against plans and communicating progress. Partner with GTM to propose solutions aligned to customer business goals, advise on technology adoption, and provide customer training plus technical documentation. Build deep product knowledge and stay current on releases and enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

•Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers through regular meetings and reviews.
•Provide prompt technical support to resolve customer issues and oversee infrastructure product/service implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
•Propose technical solutions with the GTM team aligned with customer business goals and advise on adopting new technologies and products.
•Plan, execute, and monitor technical projects for specific clients, reporting progress and adjusting as necessary.
•Provide customer training, create/deliver technical documentation and guidelines, and maintain comprehensive product knowledge.
