Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee the complete operational and administrative onboarding lifecycle for new Korean artists and labels, from account setup to payment readiness and catalog ingestion.
  • •Guide clients through onboarding, run platform demonstrations, and resolve payment blockers by collecting and processing financial/banking documentation with global Finance and Contract Admin teams.
  • •Manage digital release setups (e.g., timed releases) and advanced metadata updates, acting as a local escalation point for product blocks and copyright/compliance flags with the Content Review team.
  • •Coordinate release and catalog operations with centralized Operations, including catalog adjustments, remaps, takedowns, transfers, and store whitelisting.
  • •Establish performance analytics routines across release cycles and use internal BI tools to monitor streaming trends, revenue fluctuations, and listener/playlist performance for actionable insights.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in digital operations, client administration, or content distribution, with at least 2+ years in music distribution, record label, or digital media platforms.
  • •Strong advantage in digital media, content, music, or platform-based businesses.
  • •Solid understanding of digital supply chain workflows, metadata standards, and streaming platform mechanics.
  • •Proficiency with platform tools such as Spotify for Artists, iTunes Connect, and YouTube CMS, plus proprietary back-end content systems.
  • •Professional fluency in both English and Korean (written and spoken).
