Job Summary

Lead and scale a team of 50+ engineers building large-scale, cloud-based software applications for the Building Automation industry. Own delivery of a portfolio of software projects, provide technical leadership and architectural direction, and drive the software engineering roadmap. Partner with Product, Architecture, Business, and Engineering stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions, while evaluating emerging technologies. Focus on cloud-native SaaS delivery using AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, and drive Agile/DevOps adoption.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and scale a team of 50+ engineers developing large-scale cloud-based software applications for the Building Automation industry.
•Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and architectural direction across engineering teams.
•Drive development of software platforms integrating Building Automation platforms and define long-term software architecture strategies.
•Partner with Product, Architecture, Business, and Engineering stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions and deliver customer-centric solutions.
•Lead delivery of large-scale cloud-native applications and SaaS platforms leveraging AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, while driving Agile and DevOps adoption.

Key Requirements

•15+ years of engineering leadership and NPI delivery leadership experience.
•Proven experience leading large engineering organizations.

•10+ years of experience in the Building Automation domain.
•Hands-on experience with Building Automation platforms and software architecture/engineering leadership.
