Job Summary

Lead cross-functional, end-to-end digital transformation programs as a technical program manager, driving AI/LLM initiatives and enterprise migrations (HRIS/ERP/identity) while coordinating IT, business units, and external partners to deliver scalable, automated solutions and a unified roadmap across CN/SG/US time zones.
Location: San Francisco
Workplace: Hybrid
Employment Type: Full time
Job Function: Program & Project Management (PMO)
Seniority: Mid level

Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the AI agenda end-to-end - build the company-wide jobs-to-be-done (JTBD) catalog and turn the highest-value recurring jobs into agents and automations.
  • •Build and own the AI + transformation roadmap - sequence the work, manage dependencies, and give leadership a single source of truth on status and risk.
  • •Ship quick wins fast - prototype and launch high-impact AI automations early to prove value and build momentum across departments.
  • •Drive the system migrations cross-functionally (identity, Rippling, NetSuite, Slack, Notion, ITSM) - keep them on schedule, in sequence, and in check.
  • •Align stakeholders across all functions - partner with IT, the business units, and internal AI builders to land adoption, not just delivery.

  • •Hands-on AI/LLM fluency — has built or shipped agents and automations not just managed AI projects.
  • •Proven delivery of enterprise system migrations or rollouts (e.g. HRIS, ERP, identity, collaboration) — sequencing dependencies and keeping many workstreams on schedule.
