  • •Build and nurture relationships with senior military installation leadership to execute business opportunity events for military members and families.
  • •Represent USAA across lines of business by engaging members and prospects and gathering feedback and competitive insights.
  • •Schedule and conduct Military Acumen visits and deliver Military 101 and USAA Financial Readiness Training.
  • •Collaborate with management and marketing teams to conceptualize and implement initiatives, and analyze campaign performance to optimize outreach.
  • •Plan, negotiate, and manage installation marketing agreements; manage assigned program expenses within the annual budget while following risk and compliance policies.
