Job Summary

Experienced program management, planning and scheduling professional responsible for developing, maintaining and analyzing the Program Master Phasing Schedule and Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) using MS Project; ensures alignment with contractual requirements, critical path analysis and cost/schedule integration. Onsite in Tucson, AZ with US Citizenship and active Secret clearance. Includes opportunity for signing bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Key Responsibilities

•Onsite support to the development and maintenance of program Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) using MS Project based on requirements/scope provided by the customer.
•Detail plan and maintain the IMS throughout the program’s lifecycle to maintain realistic, current contract schedule baselines.
•Ensure the IMS is compliant with government customer requirements throughout all program phases.
•Ensure the IMS is resource loaded for applicable scope with target budgets and demonstrates cost/schedule integration.
•Conduct detailed analysis of the IMS and supporting documents, communicating schedule status and results (critical path, schedule variance, what-if analyses) to Planning Lead, Program Manager, customers, and senior management.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field and at least 5 years of Program Planning or Scheduling or Project Management experience, or an Advanced Degree with at least 3 years of related experience.
•Proficiency with scheduling software (MS Project, Primavera, Open Plan, or similar).
•Experience developing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and evaluating critical path/workflow.
•Experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS) or similar business processes.
• PMP certification highly preferred.
