•Iteratively improve solutions that use nondeterministic components using experimental methods.
•Partner with engineering leaders and product to deliver reliable, maintainable software and feasible features.
•Work with frontend leadership to ensure the user-facing experience uses backend features as intended.
•Craft flexible, reliable, and scalable backend code while writing tests and evaluations for stability.
•Troubleshoot technical issues by creating resolution plans to address acute customer impact and support long-term success.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 180,000 - 220,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or greater in Computer Science (preferred), Information Technology, or related field (Physics, mathematics, engineering).
•5–7+ years of professional development experience (Python preferred).

•Experience shipping LLM-enabled features in production and building reliable, scalable systems.
•Exceptional collaboration, organizational, time management, and communication skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity.
