Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise and coordinate construction activities, including formwork, concrete, masonry work, logistics, and procurement.
  • •Ensure daily production targets are met while maintaining compliance with quality, safety, and engineering standards.
  • •Monitor workload and resource utilization, and assign jobs to charge hand and workers based on skills and project priorities.
  • •Review work orders, drawings, and technical specifications to ensure correct interpretation and execution by the site team.
  • •Coordinate with Planning, QA/QC, and Maintenance teams and maintain records of work progress, time sheets, production logs, and material usage.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 3 years of working experience, with 2 years of relevant experience.
  • •1 year of GCC experience is a plus.
  • •Strong knowledge of workshop/site execution operations.
  • •Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, work orders, and technical specifications.
  • •Working knowledge of HSE standards and ability to enforce safe work practices, with ERP knowledge (preferably SAP functional skills).
