Job Summary

Lead and oversee the continuous operation and maintenance of facility systems across all shifts in a manufacturing setting. Manage outsourced teams, supervise emergencies, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and drive root-cause analysis and continuous improvement for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and BMS systems.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide engineering oversight across all shifts to ensure uninterrupted facility operations, including nights, weekends, and holidays 24/7
•Supervise outsourced maintenance teams and ensure preventive and corrective maintenance tasks are properly executed
•Act as SME for critical building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, BMS) ensuring optimal performance and uptime
•Monitor contractor performance, enforce safety and quality standards, and validate compliance with SLAs and KPIs
•Lead technical response to facility emergencies, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate rapid recovery actions

•Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Facilities Engineering
