Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as Scrum Master for a UI-focused development team, ensuring effective application of Agile principles and delivery excellence.
  • •Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement).
  • •Support self-organising teams through servant leadership and remove impediments to improve team effectiveness.
  • •Partner with Product Owners on backlog management, prioritisation, transparency, predictability, and sustainable delivery practices.
  • •Collaborate with Release Train Engineers and stakeholders to manage dependencies and support Program Increment (PI) planning and execution, while contributing to Agile transformation initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience as a Scrum Master in Agile software development environments, supporting cross-functional teams and complex initiatives.
  • •Strong facilitation, stakeholder management, communication, and coaching skills.
  • •Experience in scaled Agile environments such as the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) or equivalent frameworks.
  • •Ability to manage dependencies, risks, and coordination across multiple teams and organisations.
  • •Fluency in English.
