Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform the full range of commercial activities from inputs to proposals, pricing model preparation, and negotiation.
  • •Conduct pre- and post-award contract reviews, contract administration, and commercial closeout activities.
  • •Maximize commercial performance while managing business/project risk and ensuring compliance with commercial/contracting policies.
  • •Resolve disputes/claims and cash collection issues, embedding commercial governance and assurance across the contract.
  • •Provide team direction across the contract lifecycle, including tender governance and delivery support through closeout.

Key Requirements

  • •Undergraduate degree in business administration, commerce, quantity surveying, or similar discipline.
  • •8–12 years’ experience with 4+ years in a similar leadership/management role.
  • •Extensive knowledge of contractual and commercial management concepts, principles, and relevant procedures.
  • •Proven contract administration experience, including change management.
  • •Proven ability to prepare, analyze, and review pricing for tender submissions, with experience in contract negotiations, claims, and dispute resolution.
