  • •Lead and develop a high-performing loan servicing team through coaching, performance management, workforce planning, and talent development.
  • •Oversee day-to-day servicing operations, including loan accounting, payment processing, reporting, compliance monitoring, operational controls, and vendor oversight.
  • •Provide technical supervision across customer service, servicing system management, new loan funding support, insurance/real estate tax compliance, UCC tracking/renewals, covenant monitoring, and payoff/collateral release.
  • •Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce risk, and enhance efficiency through technology and workflow improvements.
  • •Support audits, regulatory requirements, and risk management activities while ensuring timely, accurate servicing and strong service standards.
