Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide high-quality technical company secretarial and statutory guidance to a large private equity client.
  • •Arrange execution of entity documentation, including board and shareholder resolutions and share transfers.
  • •Liaise with external directors and chairpersons, internal relationship managers, and client service delivery managers.
  • •Coordinate with external regulators, registries, government bodies, and advisers such as lawyers and auditors.
  • •Support routine day-to-day secretarial matters, including agendas, board packs, director availability, meeting attendance, minutes and resolutions, and statutory projects such as annual validations, AGMs, and GDPR.

Key Requirements

  • •Working towards the CGI Level 4 Certificate in International Finance & Administration (or similar - desirable).
  • •Strong attention to detail.
  • •Good interpersonal skills to build close working relationships with colleagues, clients, and business contacts.
  • •Effective written and verbal communication with a good command of English.
  • •Ability to manage time and prioritise a caseload to meet deadlines.
