Own technical revenue recognition for complex customer and partnership arrangements, serving as the ASC 606 subject-matter expert. Key Responsibilities

•Provide technical accounting guidance for non-standard revenue transactions, including partnership agreements and subscription/usage-based structures.
•Assess revenue accounting implications of new products, pricing models, and go-to-market motions, advising cross-functional teams.
•Develop, document, and maintain revenue recognition policies, position papers, and accounting playbooks that scale with the business.
•Support month-end close processes and coordinate with external auditors.
•Implement and optimize revenue systems and automation; design and maintain internal controls for audit and future SOX readiness.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 117,400 - 176,000 annually

Key Requirements

•3-5 years of revenue accounting experience and a CPA.
•Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
•Experience in public accounting and at a high-growth technology company with emphasis on technical accounting.
•Deep knowledge of ASC 606 and applying guidance to non-standard contracts, including ASC 340-40.
•Experience writing clear technical accounting memos and defending conclusions.
