Key Responsibilities

  • •Attend audit meetings and execute document requests from staff and line of business owners.
  • •Prepare files for audit or quality review using checklists, including copying, verifying required documents, and organizing file templates.
  • •Complete end-to-end regulatory file submission work, including formatting, editing, reviewing, publishing, and archiving (paper/electronic) for internal signoff and submission.
  • •Ensure documentation and records are available and accurate, including foreclosure and bankruptcy process materials, and perform random spot checks and monthly accuracy checks.
  • •Maintain file room operations by entering/retrieving data from Central File Room and foreclosure tracking systems, creating tracking spreadsheets, and handling inventory and delivery/receipt tracking.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred).
  • •1-2 years of relevant experience, with familiarity with mortgage servicing documents.
  • •Strong organization skills and attention to detail to prioritize work under moderate supervision.
  • •Prior PC experience with moderate to advanced Excel, Word, and Access.
  • •Ability to work efficiently in DokTrak, Ace, Mortgage Serv, UniFi, and Nautilus, and demonstrate good verbal and written communication skills.
