Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver high-quality SuccessFactors Employee Central projects that meet or exceed client expectations.
  • •Serve as a subject matter expert for Employee Central, guiding projects from scoping to delivery.
  • •Lead solution design, configuration, integration, and support for Employee Central projects.
  • •Conduct workshops and document detailed designs aligned with client business processes.
  • •Support client collaboration and contribute to thought leadership, proposal generation, and solution planning activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 3 years of professional experience with significant expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, including Time Off and Time Sheet.
  • •Employee Central certification required, with additional certifications in Recruitment and/or Onboarding advantageous.
  • •Proven ability to design and deliver solutions aligned to customer needs and business goals.
  • •Experience integrating SAP SuccessFactors with 3rd-party systems.
  • •Understanding of data migration, configuration, and reporting tools such as SuccessFactors People Stories.
