Key Responsibilities

•Deliver high-quality SuccessFactors Employee Central projects that meet or exceed client expectations.
•Serve as a subject matter expert for Employee Central, guiding projects from scoping to delivery.
•Lead solution design, configuration, integration, and support for Employee Central projects.
•Conduct workshops and document detailed designs aligned with client business processes.
•Support client collaboration and contribute to thought leadership, proposal generation, and solution planning activities.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 3 years of professional experience with significant expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, including Time Off and Time Sheet.
•Employee Central certification required, with additional certifications in Recruitment and/or Onboarding advantageous.
•Proven ability to design and deliver solutions aligned to customer needs and business goals.
•Experience integrating SAP SuccessFactors with 3rd-party systems.
•Understanding of data migration, configuration, and reporting tools such as SuccessFactors People Stories.
