Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage external service providers, oversee SLAs, and ensure excellent support for employees.
  • •Analyze utilization rates, feedback, and market trends to develop recommendations for program adjustments and cost management strategies.
  • •Develop employee resources such as easy-to-understand communication materials, self-service tools, and guidelines.

  • •Strong operational capability to run daily administration, solve operational issues, and optimize workflows.
  • •Experience coordinating external providers and third parties to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • •Analytical ability to interpret program usage metrics and ensure compliance with local regulatory and legal requirements.
  • •Fluent German and English (written and spoken) with empathetic, clear communication to support employees with complex questions.
  • •Completed bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, finance, or a related field, plus experience with HR information systems (HRIS) and benefits administration platforms; MS Excel/data analysis experience.
