Key Responsibilities

  • •Support execution of sector strategies and drive profitable growth through client engagement and market differentiation.
  • •Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, industry partners, and stakeholders.
  • •Oversee recruitment, development, and succession planning for your team, including workshare across the sector.
  • •Ensure delivery excellence across projects by maintaining quality, safety, and client satisfaction standards.
  • •Implement digital and AI initiatives within the sector and uphold project governance and delegation of authority requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • •Minimum 15 years’ experience in major civil infrastructure projects.
  • •CPEng or equivalent professional accreditation (desirable).
  • •Strong background in civil design and construction delivery, with demonstrated experience in independent certification/verification/assurance roles.
  • •Proven capability leading and being accountable for multi-disciplinary technical teams and leading client engagement/work winning activities.
