Key Responsibilities

  • •Advise local and international banks on development and enhancement of MIS and reporting landscapes.
  • •Take functional ownership as a Business Functional Analyst across Business, Data, and IT.
  • •Define, harmonize, and further develop banking KPIs for retail, corporate, private banking, and wealth/asset management.
  • •Translate complex business requirements into functional concepts, reporting logic, and functional requirements.
  • •Lead workshops with business divisions/functions and senior stakeholders, and support testing, KPI validation, and implementation of new reporting solutions.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 5–6 years of experience in consulting or a business function within a private bank.
  • •Strong experience in Reporting and Management Information Systems.
  • •In-depth understanding of products and processes within Retail Banking, Corporate Banking, Private Banking, Wealth Management and/or Asset Management.
  • •Experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Analyst in regulatory or business transformation projects.
  • •Fluency in German and English.
