Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist with financial control, oversight and reporting obligations of the Funds, including internal controls as part of the oversight framework with the external fund administrator
  • •Oversee fund accounting deliverables from external administrators (valuations, performance, management fees, carried interest, investor capital balances, financial statements) during reporting close periods
  • •Communicate with third party administrators to oversee cash reconciliations, variance resolutions, and fund/investor-level capital transactions (subscriptions, capital calls, distributions, redemptions)
  • •Collaborate with Global Client Solutions, Client Services, Compliance, Legal, Tax, Technology, and deal teams to manage investor onboarding/servicing, liquidity management, lender compliance, hedging, and regulatory reporting/filings
  • •Support internal quarterly reporting, consolidation and SOX requirements; assist with external reporting to investors and regulatory bodies; prepare quarterly unaudited and annual audited financial statements and investor capital statements

Key Requirements

  • •3-5 years of relevant financial experience
  • •Experience with open-end funds and/or private equity “hybrid funds”
  • •Infrastructure experience preferred
  • •Experience working with external service providers, particularly fund administrators and external auditors
  • •Experience in public / private fund accounting, closing, and reporting processes
