Job Summary

Own and grow a portfolio of Hospital, Higher Education, and Government (HHG) Banking clients by delivering strong client service quality, balance sheet quality, profitability, revenue growth, and risk management. Lead marketing and relationship expansion, coordinate banking partner resources across the local market, and manage credit servicing, documentation, compliance, and loan closings. Maintain pipeline and client activity using the bank’s CRM while meeting risk, operational, policy, and quality expectations.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and execute a marketing plan to grow new and expanded relationships in the HHG segment and meet loan, deposit, and fee-based revenue expectations.
•Deliver a differentiated client experience using Financial Insights and strategic advisory tools and resources.
•Develop new business relationships and improve market share of business loans and non-credit services, partnering with Public Finance, Industry Consultants, Wholesale Payments, Credit Delivery, Wealth, and Risk.
•Assume responsibility for profitability, quality, liquidity, and growth of the assigned HHG portfolio, including servicing credit relationships, managing documentation and compliance, and addressing delinquent situations.
•Monitor and update sales activity, pipeline, and related information in the bank’s CRM, while executing on risk, operational, policy, and quality expectations.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and related training.
•More than eight (8) years of experience in financial services, preferably with Hospitals, Higher Education & Government clients.
•Ability to understand large, complex Hospitals, Higher Education & Government credits.
•Strong command of credit and finance with excellent verbal and written communication.
•Excellent negotiation skills and proficiency managing large, complex corporate relationships and credit products, including loan syndication and participations.
