Job Summary

Lead strategy, roadmap, and delivery for a Wholesale Lending & Sales Enablement AI platform, focused on automating and augmenting Wholesale Banking workflows using agentic AI and human-in-the-loop decisioning. Partner with business leaders, technology teams, data/AI specialists, risk and compliance, and external vendors to identify high-value use cases, prioritize investments, and deliver scalable AI capabilities through PI/sprint planning, backlog management, and execution governance.

Key Responsibilities

•Own and execute the strategy, roadmap, and delivery for the Wholesale Lending & Sales Enablement AI platform.
•Partner with product managers to translate vision into epics and features, and author/maintain backlog of user stories and requirements.
•Lead delivery team priorities in PI planning, sprint planning, agile ceremonies, demos, and acceptance for completed stories.
•Collaborate with solution architects and technical leads to ensure solutions balance client experience with technical integrity.
•Perform issue triage, manage risks via product lifecycle processes, and mentor other product owners.

•Previous experience working as a Product Owner for Agile team(s).
